From Rochester and Buffalo: Take the NYS Thruway East to exit 39 (Rt 690), Take 690 East to exit 11, West Street. Get off on West Street and go to the first light, (West Fayette Street). Turn Left on West Fayette and go to the 2nd light, (S. Franklin St.) turn left and go two blocks North to Water St. and turn Right to Clinton Square. From Utica and Albany: Take the NYS Thruway West to exit to Exit 34A (Rt 481). Take Rt 481 South to Rt 690 West (approximately 6 miles) Exit Rt 690 at West Street and go to the first light, (West Fayette Street). Turn Left on West Fayette and go to the 2nd light, (S. Franklin St.) turn left and go two blocks North to Water St. and turn Right to Clinton Square. From Binghamton: Take Rt 81 North to Rt 690 West. Exit Rt 690 at West Street and go to the first light, (West Fayette Street). Turn Left on West Fayette and go to the 2nd light, (S. Franklin St.) turn left and go two blocks North to Water St. and turn Right to Clinton Square. From Watertown: Take Rt 81 South to the Clinton Street exit. Take Clinton Street South to Clinton Square (on left).
